For over two decades, I have been involved in the intricate and fascinating field of eLearning, harnessing my skills and passion to create engaging, effective, and innovative learning experiences.

With experience spanning from Verizon Global L&D to a wide range of freelance clients, each project is a testament to my proficiency in different instructional and graphic design tools, from Articulate Storyline and Rise, to Camtasia, Vyond and Adobe Creative Cloud, among others.
In addition to the design and development of the learning experiences, I also have expertise in voice-over scripting, recording, and audio production. This means that I can be not only the architect but also the narrator of the learning experience, adding a layer of personal touch to each project.

Building Networks
This innovative and engaging eLearning experience was designed and developed as part of an initiative to enhance and improve the curriculum for a Leadership course at Cabrini University. This module, Building Networks: Build Your App Development Team, is one of multiple blended eLearning experiences I created for Cabrini.
The main objective of the project was to provide students with a truly interactive, 'choose your adventure' experience by simulating interviews with various employees in a 'fictional' business setting. The learners were assigned the task of leading a team in developing a new mobile app for their business. Through this module, they were required to carefully build their app development team based on the criteria and input provided by each fictional character they interview.
This project serves as an excellent demonstration of the successful integration of Articulate Storyline 360 and Vyond to create a captivating and immersive learning experience, with a strong emphasis on video content and professional voice-over integration.
Furthermore, the experience showcases the extensive utilization of Storyline 360's features, including the implementation of complex Variables, States, and Layers. These elements were carefully employed to deliver a highly interactive and dynamic final output.

WAN Applications
This eLearning sample is from my largest project and client to date, ISA (International Society of Automation), and stands as a testament to my ability to develop engaging digital learning experiences for extremely technical subject matter.
This WAN Applications module is part of an expansive digital learning program that comprehensively delves into Industrial Data Communications Technology Fundamentals.
Leading this extensive eLearning development project was a herculean task for me, requiring the collaborative input of multiple instructional designers, subject matter experts and business partners. I successfully orchestrated this collaborative endeavor, crafting a complete digital learning program comprised of 32 modules. With more than 700 interactive and professionally narrated eLearning slides in total, the scope of this project demonstrates my ability to handle complex, large-scale learning programs and initiatives.
Responsible for the ultimate execution of the eLearning development, I capitalized on the capabilities of the Articulate 360 platform. My responsibilities spanned a multitude of areas, including slide builds, animation, image and graphics design, knowledge checks, module tests, and professional narration editing and integration.
This program demonstrates my knack for transforming intricate technical subject matter into an engaging, informative, and impactful learning experience. It encapsulates my dedication to creating eLearning solutions that not only educate but captivate the learner's attention and interest.

Accounting Firm Fundamentals
Working for myself as a Learning Experience Consultant, I successfully orchestrated and delivered this comprehensive interactive learning experience for Xero, a leading SaaS accounting software company.
This project showcased an application of advanced learning technologies by harnessing the robust capabilities of the Articulate 360 platform and the versatile Adobe Creative Cloud suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, Audition, and Premiere Pro.
The centerpiece of this endeavor was the "Accounting Firm Fundamentals" blended learning experience, strategically designed to bridge a crucial knowledge gap that existed with new employees.
This course demystified the inner workings of their target customer base - Accounting Firms. It facilitated an in-depth understanding of firm structures, staffing procedures, and workflow dynamics, empowering the new recruits with a robust foundation that was vital for their roles.
One of the standout features of this eLearning experience was its high level of interactivity and engagement, made possible through branched layers and knowledge check activities, as well as professional voice-over instruction embedded throughout.
This learner-centric approach ensured that the content was not just informative, but also engaging and easily assimilable, which contributed to a successful onboarding process and resulted in positive feedback from the participants and leadership. This project stands as a prime example of my commitment to creating immersive and effective eLearning experiences.
The new onboarding program resulted in a 60% increase in new sales reps hitting quota within 90 days.

EDGE Coaching Model
During my time working with Vail Resorts as a Sr Learning Consultant, I partnered with the leadership team to design and develop a virtual training program for Vail's new coaching methodology: EDGE.
I worked closely with the business leadership team to design and develop the EDGE coaching methodology blended learning program, laying the foundation for management and senior leadership performance coaching.
The result was an effective performance-based coaching program that leveraged the power of virtual learning. This sample module showcases the introduction to the EDGE coaching method, as well as offering a timely refresher on the essentials of coaching.
An integral part of this project was the application of my Articulate Storyline 360 expertise. This serves as an excellent example of my capacity to blend instructional design skills with aesthetic appeal, incorporating Adobe Creative Cloud tools like Photoshop and Illustrator to create a completely custom and on-brand visual experience.
The learning is further enriched with scenario-based learning, assessment questions, and knowledge check activities, all tailored and customized using Storyline 360.
